Pricing questions
Do I have to change my restaurant phone number?
No. You can keep your existing number and use call forwarding to route all calls — or only unanswered calls — to OrderVox. You can turn forwarding off at any time.
Does OrderVox connect directly to my POS?
Not yet. Confirmed orders appear in the OrderVox dashboard, which your staff can run in the kitchen or at the register. Direct POS integrations are on the roadmap and are not available today.
What counts as an 'AI minute'?
Talk time between a caller and the AI. Each plan includes a monthly allowance; if you go past it, additional minutes are billed at your plan's overage rate, shown on the pricing page. You can also upgrade at any time.
What is included in the free trial?
Access to the plan you select for the length of the trial, subject to that plan's included usage and the terms shown during signup. You can cancel from your billing page before the trial ends.
