Terms of Service

1. The service

OrderVox is a product of VoxNova AI LLC ("OrderVox", "we", "us"). These terms are an agreement between you and VoxNova AI LLC.

OrderVox provides AI-powered phone answering, order taking, and related dashboard software for restaurants. We may improve or modify features over time; we won't materially reduce core functionality of your plan during a paid term.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You're responsible for activity under your account, including team members you invite. You must be authorized to act for the restaurant you register.

3. Trials, billing & cancellation

New subscriptions include a 30-day free trial; a valid payment method is required and billing begins automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel first.

Plans bill monthly or annually in advance via Stripe. Usage beyond your plan's included AI minutes is billed at your plan's per-minute overage rate. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your billing page; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

If a payment fails we retry and notify you; service continues during a 7-day grace period, after which the AI assistant is suspended until payment is resolved. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of your menu, prices, hours, and knowledge-base content — the AI answers from your data. You are responsible for complying with laws applicable to your business, including call-recording consent and telemarketing rules, and for the accuracy of allergen information you publish.

5. Acceptable use

No unlawful use, no attempting to breach or overload the service, no reselling without a white-label agreement, and no using the platform to deceive callers about whether they're speaking with an AI where disclosure is legally required.

6. Data

You own your restaurant's data and your callers' data; we process it to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy. On termination you can export your data for 90 days, after which we delete it.

7. Service levels & disclaimers

We target 99.9% platform availability but the service is provided "as is" unless your order form includes an SLA. AI transcription and conversation are probabilistic: we build in read-backs and human transfer, but we don't guarantee every call outcome. The service is not a substitute for emergency lines.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, each party's aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits.

9. Termination

You may cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate for material breach, non-payment after the grace period, or unlawful use — with notice and a chance to cure where practical.
